Refund Policy and Feedback
Updated
These two belong together because they come from the same attitude: you can have your money back at any time, and you can tell us about a problem at any time. LeoTun promises that you can request a refund whenever you like, calculated pro rata. If something is not working well, if you are unhappy with anything, or if you have an idea, please tell us directly. We want to hear any feedback.
Refunds: any time, pro rata
- Any time: there is no deadline. You can ask the day after you buy, or months later.
- Pro rata: you pay for the time you used, and the unused part is returned to you.
- No reason needed: you do not have to explain why, or prove that something was wrong. If you are willing to tell us the reason, it helps us improve.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by a person. The AI assistant can tell you the policy, but it cannot see your account or orders, so a person works out the amount.
- Reach a person: mention the group owner in a support group; or write to the support email on the Contact page; or log in, click the assistant at the bottom right of the site and ask for a human.
- Give your registered email (your login account) and say you want a refund.
- A person works out the amount and tells you. The amount and the time it takes to arrive are as that person tells you.
Problems and suggestions: how to tell us
- Ask the AI assistant: it is in the Telegram, QQ and Discord groups around the clock, and in the chat window at the bottom right of the site once you are logged in. It answers connection, setup and plan questions on the spot.
- Ask for a person: mention the group owner in a group, or ask for a human in the site chat. Anything the assistant cannot answer, or that needs your account looked up, is taken over by a person.
- Write an email: the support address is on the Contact page. Use it for longer messages, or when you need to attach screenshots or files.
- Anything is welcome: cannot connect, slow speed, a tutorial step that is unclear, something awkward on the site, a feature you would like, your view on pricing. If you are unhappy, please say so plainly.
What helps us act fastest
- Connection problems: say in one message which device and system, which connection method, which region, and the exact error text (a screenshot is fine).
- Account and payment questions: give your registered email and roughly when you paid. Do not post passwords, verification codes or full payment receipts in a public group.
- Suggestions: tell us what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. A concrete example is far more useful than “it is hard to use”.
FAQ
I bought a year and used three months. Can I still get a refund?
Yes. You can ask at any time. The refund is pro rata, so the unused part is returned. A person works out the exact amount and tells you.
Do I need to give a reason?
No. If you are willing to tell us why, we will use it to improve.
Can the AI assistant process my refund?
No. It will tell you the policy and hand over to a person: the amount depends on your orders, and a person looks those up.
Will anyone read my feedback?
Yes. People can see the conversations in the support groups and can view the chats in the site chat window, and emails are answered by a person.
I cannot find the support groups or the email address.
They are all on the Contact page: the QR codes for the three support groups and the support email. Once logged in, you can also click the assistant at the bottom right of the site.
