How to Reach Us and Never Lose Contact: Choosing Between Three Support Groups, What the AI Agent Can Do, and What to Do When the Site Won’t Open
Updated
The contact page lists three support groups (QQ, Telegram, Discord), a support email and a human support QQ. All three groups have the AI agent “SpongeBob” on duty around the clock, with the owner and human staff present too. This guide covers who each platform suits, how to join, what the AI can answer and when to ask a person, and — the part that matters most — the backup contact routes to save now, so that a blocked domain never leaves you unable to find us.
Which group to choose
- QQ group: the only channel that opens directly inside China before any route is connected; anyone with a phone-registered QQ account has it. Mention @SpongeBob for the AI to answer; files and screenshots are easy to share. The platform filters content, so never post configuration files or QR codes there.
- Telegram group: first choice for overseas Chinese and students. You can show only a username, messages and files are not filtered, and the AI answers without being mentioned. The drawback: inside China it opens only after a route (or the web proxy) is on.
- Discord: convenient for overseas users and gamers who already live there; post in the channel and someone answers, no mention needed. Same drawback as Telegram inside China, and the Android package is a split APK — see below.
- If you only want one: inside China join QQ first and add Telegram once the route works; abroad, join Telegram. The AI agent and the humans are the same across all three, so a question never needs repeating.
Installing and joining
- Open the contact page (“Contact” in the navigation). The three cards at the top are the group QR codes — scan on a phone or click the card; each card says “AI agent · SpongeBob, on duty 24 hours”.
- Without Telegram or Discord installed, the download cards above the FAQ serve the installers for Windows, macOS, Linux and Android directly from this site, reachable inside China. The Telegram Android package is the official full APK.
- Discord for Android is a split package (arm64 phones only) that the system installer cannot open: install the open-source SAI (Split APKs Installer, linked beside the card) first, then open the .apks file with SAI.
- iPhone and iPad can only use the App Store; if the China store does not list Telegram or Discord, you need a non-China Apple ID — the same method as for sing-box and Tailscale.
- After joining, try a simple “hello”; the AI agent will respond. In the QQ group remember to mention @SpongeBob.
What the AI agent can do, and when to ask a person
SpongeBob is online 24 hours and answers “how do I use the service” questions: troubleshooting a failed connection, which region to pick, which connection method suits your network, claiming the trial, pricing and points, flashing and binding a router, the refund policy. It answers only from our knowledge base and never invents numbers; when unsure it says so and asks you to mention the owner.
Ask a human for: processing a refund, a payment that has not arrived, duplicate charges, router shipping and logistics, a banned account or authentication failure, a binding conflict. These need back-office access or handle money and goods, so the AI does not touch them. Mention the owner in the group, email support, or use the human support QQ in the second row of the contact page.
Include these four things and most problems are located on the first reply: the connection method (private network / Cisco / OpenVPN / proxy / sing-box / router), the region, the error text or a screenshot, and the exact time it happened.
Email and human support
- The support email is in the second row of the contact page and every message gets a reply. Suited to anyone who prefers not to join a group, or to private matters involving the account or payments.
- The human support QQ is in the same row and also always answers.
- System emails: a reminder 24 hours before expiry, and after expiry a win-back email with a one-time claim button. The sending domain is ours and the button is safe to click; if nothing arrives, check spam and the promotions tab.
Stay-in-touch checklist: finding us when the site will not open
- Memorise the three domains and their order: 7d24hrs.com → 7x24btc.com → anyfq.com. Identical content, one account; if one fails, try the next. Save them as bookmarks or a note.
- Join at least one group. When a domain is blocked, the new address appears in the groups first, and group invite links and QR codes do not depend on the site domain. Inside China the QQ group opens without any route — the last-resort fallback.
- Install and log in to a client now. Route addresses rotate automatically, so a blocked website never stops an already-configured client from connecting; connect first, then open the site.
- Keep your registered email valid and add the support address to your contacts or allow-list. Expiry reminders, win-back emails and trial codes arrive there, and domain changes are announced by email too.
- The six public knowledge repos on GitHub (linked at the end of the guides section and inside the articles) carry the current site address and group entry points at the top of each README; GitHub opens on most networks inside China, so it is another route.
- When recommending us, give 7d24hrs.com — the domain reserved for introductions. If it gets blocked we switch mirrors and existing users are unaffected.
Safety notes
- The official groups are only the ones on the contact page. Any “RoyalShield group” or “support DM” found elsewhere is not us.
- The owner and support staff never DM you asking for passwords, verification codes or payments, and refunds never require your payment password.
- Never post configuration files, QR codes or subscription links in a group — they are your account. In screenshots for support, blur addresses and tokens.
FAQ
Does the AI answer the same in all three groups?
Yes — same agent, same knowledge base. The only difference is that the QQ group requires mentioning it, while Telegram and Discord do not.
Why doesn’t the AI reply to me in the QQ group?
It answers in QQ only when mentioned as @SpongeBob; it also stays quiet when someone has already answered or the owner is handling the conversation. If a mention gets no reply, mention the owner.
Is anyone there at night?
The AI agent is always on and answers common questions any time; human staff and the owner follow their time zones, and refund or shipping matters get a follow-up after you leave a message.
How do I join Telegram from inside China?
Connect to any route first (the China region works for users inside China) or use the web proxy, then click the Telegram card on the contact page; without a route, join the QQ group first.
What if all three domains fail?
Connect with the client you already configured — the routes do not depend on the site — then open the site; failing that, ask for the new address in a group or email support.
